Ironclad Integration

Levelpath has a dedicated live integration with Ironclad to support contract transport and to initiate workflows. This integration is designed to provide a smooth transition for Ironclad customers to take full advantage of the best of both worlds across both Levelpath and Ironclad. Within Levelpath sourcing projects, users can use this integration to view the Ironclad workflow status and directly link to the Ironclad record. This combination of capabilities allows joint Levelpath-Ironclad customers to track the progress of contracts within the context of a larger sourcing event and to enhance visibility across functional teams.

The Levelpath-Ironclad native integration is designed to provide seamless contract workflow coordination and real-time visibility to contract redlining in context of sourcing events and supplier onboarding activities. 

The integration begins by identifying the relevant Ironclad workflows based on both functional scope and template ID. Levelpath customers who opt to “Connect with Ironclad” grant the necessary permissions to read profiles, create workflows, and access workflows and schemas. This allows Levelpath to fully leverage Ironclad’s native capabilities. Once the connection is established, users will see a “connected” status, confirming that the integration is active and ready for use.

Once connected, Levelpath users can open a sourcing project containing the appropriate contract document. After the contract is uploaded, OCR-processed, and linked to the corresponding supplier record, it can be sent directly to Ironclad via a dedicated “Send to Ironclad” button to follow pre-configured and customized Ironclad contract workflows. This ensures that contract review, redlining, approvals, and clause management happen according to established legal and corporate policies.

Once the contract has been sent to Ironclad, users will be able to track the Ironclad status within the Levelpath project and contract activity visibility will be synchronized. In addition, there is a dedicated link within the project that will allow Levelpath customers to directly access the Ironclad workflow that the contract has been assigned to.

Through this integration, Levelpath provides procurement organizations with deep functionality, reliability, and workflow synchronization across legal contract review and editing while enhancing the Supplier System of Record and enabling end-to-end contract visibility.
