From the moment our co-founders Alex Yakubovich and Stan Garber kicked off the event, the air buzzed with energy and excitement. Each activity was purpose-driven to strengthen our bonds, inspire innovation, and sharpen our vision for the future. The Levelpath team did not disappoint!
Our team’s diversity shone through in every session, from the spirited Rock Paper Scissors tournament (congratulations to our champion, Inga Pazare!) to deep-dive product discussions that showcased our collective intellect. These moments of fun and focus alike highlighted the unique strengths each team member brings to Levelpath.

These forward-thinking discussions sparked countless ideas among our team, setting the stage for our next wave of innovations.

From a nostalgic yellow school bus tour to a twilight adventure on Alcatraz Island, these shared experiences forged deeper connections among team members, transcending geographical boundaries. We’ve assembled a unique team at Levelpath, one that is passionate about our shared vision. Bringing this team together against the backdrop of San Francisco was inspiring and energizing, and I’m excited about the next wave of innovation and transformative ideas in procurement our team will deliver.
Looking Ahead with Renewed Purpose
As Pathfest 2024 drew to a close, our fun – yet competitive – team reached a new level of collective energy as we played a Jeopardy-style trivia game. Can you say “Who is the best team in procurement?” No doubt, this week made it clear it is indeed Levelpath! To that end we closed out the week with a heartfelt employee awards ceremony, recognizing the outstanding contributions that make Levelpath a leader in procurement.
As our Latvian team bid farewell to San Francisco, we carried with us more than just memories. We left with a reinvigorated sense of purpose, stronger bonds with our colleagues, and a clear vision for Levelpath’s future.
